The orders table shows all orders that a joiner has placed, with details including the order name, the GOM hosting the order, the total number of items ordered, the total amount owed or paid, the order status, and the timestamp when the order was submitted.
To view more details of an order, such as the order notes and a full breakdown of items and prices, click on the order number on the left side of the row or on the view button on the right side.
The order details side panel also displays the form content for that order. This is useful for double-checking a GOM's instructions, verifying information, and keeping track of changes in information from the GOM.
We are constantly improving our platform, and in the future, joiners will be able to edit their details directly from this side panel.
If a GOM has a public profile, you can click on their name in the table to see a mini profile preview. This allows you to quickly access a GOM's public directory, their email (if provided), their status, pronouns, and any relevant links they have added to their profile.
Clicking on the GOM’s profile picture, username, or display name will open the GOM’s full profile page, which is helpful for joiners to check for any specific group order rules.
