Sometimes when accepting or declining an order you might need to attach an extra message.

After selecting Accepted or Declined from the status options, the confirmation modal includes a new button that allows you to attach a message.

Crate payment can also be confirmed or declined with custom messages. Crate and order emails will have a new section when a custom message is attached.
